This project was a collaboration between KSQ Architects PC as design architect and RBA as production architect. This 12 story new condominium residence in the Park Slope section includes 42 condominium units totaling 50,590sf. The project contains a mix of lofts and duplexes with balconies or terraces and a private courtyard on the ground floor. The building utilizes geometrical angles to frame the views. The massing provides various setbacks which define the building planes accented using a mixture of brick veneer, cast stone and stucco. There are floor to ceiling window walls, bay windows and punched windows providing individual identity to the units and generous views of New York City and Brooklyn. The entire roof area is utilized for recreation with the placement of private cabanas. The building has a private residential lobby.
